Thank you!

To everyone who was able to make it to the meeting on the 5th. Your input, feedback and opinions were all valued.
We are happy to be moving forward with the land survey company, with the additional homes on Park Drive but are eliminating the four that were added to Blueberry Loop. As things continue to progress with this change, you will be seeing some paper work that will need to be signed and returned so that we can continue to have forward progress so we can add new homeowners to our amazing community!

Dryer Vent Cleaning

I was finally able to located 2 people who are willing to do dryer vent cleaning on your homes.
One estimate comes in at $169, plus tax and the other estimate is $80, plus tax.
Whom ever does the work would like to tackle all homes at the same time. If you are wanting your dryer vents cleaned, please let me know by May 17th & which option you’d prefer and I will move forward with getting a date sched-uled with the unanimous choice. Cost will be paid for by the homeowners, this is not something that is included in your HOA fees.

April Newsletter

Homeowner Golf Carts

This may feel a little pre-emptive with the snow on the ground and the influx of snow we are “supposed” to receive this next week. We will begin the process of getting carts ready for our homeowners, if you had a cart last year, but do not want one this year please reach out to let us know.
Gavin will coordinate the pick up/delivery of your carts as deemed ready by the weather & course opening, please reach out to him at gavinm@blueberrypines.com to coordinate.
Leasing cost for the 2023 season will be $2,000.

Plunkett’s

We all hope that spring is coming!! March came like a lion & left like a lion as well, definitely wasn’t like the lamb as we all had hoped.
With the expected spring weather, just wanted to remind you that if you want your home sprayed for spiders or ants to reach out to Plunkett’s to get your home on their list.
Please reach out to them at 877-571-7100 to schedule a date & time.

Storage Building

All interior walls are complete! Garage doors will be going in very soon.
Another friendly reminder to reserve your space, once the building is complete we will be offering the available units to the general public.
1. Size of the units will be 12’ x 20’ with a 10’ W x 8’ H overhead garage door
2. Monthly leasing costs will be $110 for homeowners

Tip of the Month

This is tip is from Rigel’s (our appliance supplier) via Steve Hess.
Have you ever wondered what type of detergent you should be using in your dishwasher? I’ve always just purchased Cascade liquid detergent, but recently Steve was told to use pods. So I did a little research myself out of curiosity and on the Whirpool website it does recommend tablets or packs as they have been proven to work better than powder, liquid or gel and for convenience & im-proved performance. Always place detergents in the main compartment and slide the lid closed.

February Newsletter

2023 Blueberry Pines Golf Memberships

Rates for 2023 golf season were released the end of January. If you are inter-ested in a golf member-ship, but did not receive the email, please reach out to Gavin at gavinm@blueberrypines.com. There is an early payment discount available for Gold Memberships through the 17th of February, so don’t delay.
This announcement means spring is around the corner, even though Punxsutawney Phil feels differently and thinks we need 6 more weeks of winter since seeing his shadow…

Your Contact information

Mentioning this because I know of one homeowner who recently changed their email address, so we are just wanting to make sure that everyone continues to receive communication from the HOA, thanks!
With that being said if you do change your email or phone numbers, please let myself or Shailyn know so that we can update our records so we can communicate effectively with all of you.

Tip of the Month

This months tip is more of a reminder to make sure that you are changing your furnace filter on a regular basis. Most guidelines recommend changing them every 90 days as a minimum recommendation, sometimes this will be less & sometimes it can be more. It completely depends on your own household, whether you have pets, the number of people in your home, the more your furnace is run, among other factors.

January Newsletter

2022 What a Year!

We are truly happy that each of you are a part of our community.
So many great things happened this year: cross country ski trails were expand-ed, storage building is under way, the green shed was moved, we started on the lodge, walking trails were expanded, added new homeowners, all single family homes have been sold, yards were completed and I am sure there are things that I missed.
Looking forward to the changes & additions for 2023!

Storage Building

The structure is taking shape, that was exciting to see on my way home the oth-er day! This is your friendly reminder to reserve your space, once the building is complete we will be offering the available units to the general public.

  1. Size of the units will be 12’ x 20’ with a 10’ W x 8’ H overhead garage door
  2. Monthly leasing costs will be $110 for homeowners

Tip of the Month

If you need to clean your cabinetry, the best way is to use a soft cotton cloth with warm water and wipe dry with another soft cotton cloth. If a cleaner is needed, use a mild dish soap like Dawn.
We highly recommend NOT using microfiber cloths or cleaners with vinegar, ammonia or acid based (orange or lemon based) – these are all things that are abrasive to the finish.
I have included SWI Interiors cabinet care guide as a secondary PDF, for further details.

Homeowner Gathering

We talked at the annual meeting about doing a gathering once a quarter for the homeowners.
I am looking at doing something along these lines on a Wednesday in February – currently looking at the 15th or the 22nd at the restaurant. More details will follow next month, just wanted to get the info out now, so it is on your radar.

Homes Currently For Sale

Please share with others about our great community. The best way to give cur-rent information to anyone is by directing them to our website blueber-rypinesestates.com or by having them reaching out to Jack at Affinity or Heidi here at Blueberry.

Twin 6—Rough ins have been completed as well as insulation
Twin 8—Available for immediate possession
Twin 13 & 14—slab is poured for this twin home
There are additional sites available, but we have not currently done any work on them at this time.

X-Country Ski Trails

Both Ron & Steve have been out grooming the cross country ski trails for your use. The area and dis-tance of the trails has been expanded this year, there is a great base of snow out there now.
Grooming will occur on regularly scheduled days—Mondays and Thursdays each week.
You are also able to walk or snowshoe these trails, we just ask that you are respectful of the track setter areas.

Blueberry Pines Restaurant Charge Account

I know this had been mentioned previously in another newsletter, but wanted to remind all of you of this benefit available to you.
As homeowner’s you are given the opportunity and convenience to set up your own charge account at the restaurant, it is very easy to do. You would just need to talk with Jeff the next time you are in, give him a call or email him at jeffr@blueberrypines.com to let him know that you’d like to get this set up and at the end of each month Jeff emails your statement.

Upcoming Community Events
