Welcome to the Meier’s
Please join us in welcoming Tim, Kara & Maggie!!
They moved into their home on Friday, the 24th, arriving from Arizona in spite of the weather—nothing like a good spring storm to welcome them back to the area. Tim is an orthopedic PA at St Joseph’s, Kara is currently managing the organization & unpacking of their new home and Maggie will be a sophomore at Park Rapids Area High school, also joining them are their dog, Tebow & cat, Nala. They have 2 sons as well who are still living in Arizona— Easton who was recently married in December of 2022 to Kaylee and Griffin who is attending Grand Canyon University in Phoenix studying Mechanical engineering.
Please join us in welcoming them to our awesome community!
Mowing
Yes, we are going to talk about the green grass that will be growing in the near future, as long as mother nature is willing to allow it.
Do you care what time of day the mowing is done?
We are proposing the following dates & times for the 2023 summer season.
– Tuesdays between the hours of 12pm and 5pm
– Saturdays between the hours of 8:30am and 1:30pm
Your feedback is appreciated, please email Heidi if you have any thoughts you’d like to share regarding this proposed schedule.
Storage Building
The building roof is complete, as are all exterior walls & interior work will now begin—the end is near.
Another friendly reminder to reserve your space, once the building is complete we will be offering the available units to the general public.
1. Size of the units will be 12’ x 20’ with a 10’ W x 8’ H overhead garage door
2. Monthly leasing costs will be $110 for homeowners
Tip of the Month
March’s tip comes from Tim Parker Family Glass in Park Rapids—Cleaning your glass shower doors and mirror, they recommend using Aquapel Glass Cleaner, this is what they use after they install all shower doors & mirrors, spray it on and wipe it off with a microfiber cloth.
They have this product available for sale in their shop.
