2022 What a Year!
We are truly happy that each of you are a part of our community.
So many great things happened this year: cross country ski trails were expand-ed, storage building is under way, the green shed was moved, we started on the lodge, walking trails were expanded, added new homeowners, all single family homes have been sold, yards were completed and I am sure there are things that I missed.
Looking forward to the changes & additions for 2023!
Storage Building
The structure is taking shape, that was exciting to see on my way home the oth-er day! This is your friendly reminder to reserve your space, once the building is complete we will be offering the available units to the general public.
- Size of the units will be 12’ x 20’ with a 10’ W x 8’ H overhead garage door
- Monthly leasing costs will be $110 for homeowners
Tip of the Month
If you need to clean your cabinetry, the best way is to use a soft cotton cloth with warm water and wipe dry with another soft cotton cloth. If a cleaner is needed, use a mild dish soap like Dawn.
We highly recommend NOT using microfiber cloths or cleaners with vinegar, ammonia or acid based (orange or lemon based) – these are all things that are abrasive to the finish.
I have included SWI Interiors cabinet care guide as a secondary PDF, for further details.
Homeowner Gathering
We talked at the annual meeting about doing a gathering once a quarter for the homeowners.
I am looking at doing something along these lines on a Wednesday in February – currently looking at the 15th or the 22nd at the restaurant. More details will follow next month, just wanted to get the info out now, so it is on your radar.
Homes Currently For Sale
Please share with others about our great community. The best way to give cur-rent information to anyone is by directing them to our website blueber-rypinesestates.com or by having them reaching out to Jack at Affinity or Heidi here at Blueberry.
These homes are currently available or under construction:
Single 23—SOLD! Under construction, will be wrapped up the beginning of Feb-ruary for the new owners to move in later in the month!
Single 25—SOLD! Construction will happen this winter/spring
Twin 6—Rough ins have been completed as well as insulation
Twin 8—Available for immediate possession
Twin 13 & 14—slab is poured for this twin home
There are additional sites available, but we have not currently done any work on them at this time.
X-Country Ski Trails
Both Ron & Steve have been out grooming the cross country ski trails for your use. The area and dis-tance of the trails has been expanded this year, there is a great base of snow out there now.
Grooming will occur on regularly scheduled days—Mondays and Thursdays each week.
You are also able to walk or snowshoe these trails, we just ask that you are respectful of the track setter areas.
Blueberry Pines Restaurant Charge Account
I know this had been mentioned previously in another newsletter, but wanted to remind all of you of this benefit available to you.
As homeowner’s you are given the opportunity and convenience to set up your own charge account at the restaurant, it is very easy to do. You would just need to talk with Jeff the next time you are in, give him a call or email him at jeffr@blueberrypines.com to let him know that you’d like to get this set up and at the end of each month Jeff emails your statement.
